DANIEL A. MENET
Founder and Managing Director
Daniel is a senior M&A expert with more than 25 years of corporate and advisory experience, leading and negotiating complex cross-border deals, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and venture capital investments. Prior to founding Eagle’s Rock Advisers, Daniel built and headed the M&A team of RTL Group, overseeing RTL Group’s investments in the digital space. He has significant experience with young and fast-growing digital companies and served as a board member in numerous digital and traditional media companies across Europe and North America. He currently serves on the board of several Luxembourg based companies.
Daniel is also a seasoned lawyer and was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery in New York. He has profound legal knowledge of M&A, corporate, finance, venture capital and commercial transactions as well as corporate governance matters. Daniel received his law license from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and a LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law with honors from Fordham University School of Law in New York. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
