Daniel A. Menet

Daniel is a senior M&A executive with more than 23 years of corporate and advisory experience, leading and negotiating complex cross-border deals, including acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and venture capital investments. Prior to founding Eagle’s Rock Advisers, Daniel built and headed the M&A team of RTL Group, overseeing RTL Group’s investments in the digital space. He has significant portfolio management experience with young and fast-growing digital companies and served as a board member in several digital and traditional media companies across Europe and North America. Daniel is also a seasoned lawyer and was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery in New York. He has profound legal knowledge of M&A, corporate, finance, venture capital and a broad range of commercial transactions. Daniel received his law license from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and a LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law with honors from Fordham University School of Law in New York. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
